Our coffee beans are sourced from a local roaster and we only buy in small quantities so that you get the freshest coffee, more often than not the beans are only two weeks after the hand roast date.
Fancy a cold drink we have a good range of fresh fruit smoothies and milk shakes as well as an extensive range of Walls icecreams.

That's why we cram our baps full with thick-cut back bacon or award winning Lincolnshire sausages all within our local bakery fresh baps. You wont find Wafer-thin greasy bacon at Billy Bites!!!

Let me tell you a bit more about our burgers. How many times have you had a burger from a burger van and from ordering to receiving it it takes less than a minute.... this is because they are using cheap frozen pre cooked burgers that taste like cardboard.. NOT at Hayling Billy Bites!!!
At Billy Bites all our burgers are hand made daily using the best cuts of beef including short rib and brisket. for a great "Smash" burger you need quality meat at the right mix of beef and fat 80%/20%.
So what is a "Smash Burger"?
A Smash burger is a burger that is made by smashing the ground beef onto the griddle with a spatula. Smashing the ground beef spreads the patty out wider, allowing more of its surface area to touch the griddle and get transformed into crispy browned deliciousness by the heat. The signature crust seals in the juiciness of the inside of the burger, balancing out a perfect bite.

For that perfect coffee be it a Cappuccino, Latte or Flat White you need the best equipment. that is why we have invested in brand new top of the range equipment. Our Francino espresso machine is great!!. For coffee on the move you don't get better with its dual fuel capability and high capacity boiler it is able to deliver espresso coffees all day long. The espresso machine is however only part of the winning formula for great coffee. Every cup we make has coffee beans ground to order for guaranteed freshness.

Sustainability should be important to everyone... it is to us Our coffee cups and lids are “home compostable”. Today most eco-friendly recyclable cups (more so the lids) are only able to be recycled using Commercial machinery because of their plastic content. Ours are the best, being made from sugar cane they can go into your household recycle bin or in your compost heap. We also encourage reusable cups and offer a discount if you bring your own. Every little helps
